3. Refund Policy: All bookings are final. Refunds or rescheduling may be granted at the sole discretion of Riza Zalameda under exceptional circumstances.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully during lessons. Riza Zalameda reserves the right to terminate any lesson or refuse future service if a participant engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

1. Client Cancellations: Lessons canceled by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

2. Coach Cancellations: If Riza Zalameda cancels a lesson, the client will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Liability Waiver

Participation in tennis lessons involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury. By booking a lesson, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Riza Zalameda, her agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from injuries or damages incurred during participation in the Services.

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Riza Zalameda and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
